TRAVEL

• By car:
• Use exit Ludwigsburg Nord or Ludwigsburg Süd from motorway A 81. Signs with the red cross symbol or the inscription "Klinikum" will guide you directly to the hospital.
• Around the hospital there is lack of free car parks. You can drive into the chargeable parking garage of the hospital, but you are advised to leave your car at the hotel and walk or ride by bus.
• By train:
• Coming from Stuttgart you may use the suburban trains line S4 (Direction Marbach) or S5 (Direction Bietigheim), who operate in a 20-minutes intervall. You get your individual connection table on the German Railways website. A single-trip ticket costs 3,00 Euro, there is discount on multiple-trip tickets.
• By plane:
• Stuttgart Intl. Airport (STR) is closest to Ludwigsburg. From here use the suburban train lines S2 or S3 to downtown Stuttgart and change to lines S4 or S5 (see By train) at the same platform in the underground station Schwabstrasse. It takes about 50 minutes from the airport to Ludwigsburg.
• Munich Intl. Airport (MUC): Use trains to Stuttgart and change here to the suburban train to Ludwigsburg.
• Frankfurt Intl. Airport (FRA): Use trains to Stuttgart and change here to the suburban train to Ludwigsburg.
